Terms of Service

Last updated November 4, 2026

These Terms of Service apply to your use of passerine.co (the "Site") and to all travel and concierge services arranged by Passerine, a travel and concierge practice operated by a California limited liability company ("Passerine", "we", "us"). By using the Site or our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

Passerine arranges travel and concierge services on your behalf and acts as your agent. Suppliers provide the services themselves, under their own terms.

2. Booking and payment

Fees and payment terms are confirmed with you in writing before you book. By confirming a booking, you authorize the payments described and agree to the supplier's terms.

3. Cancellations, changes and refunds

Cancellation, change and refund rules are set by each supplier and may include penalties. Fees paid to Passerine are non-refundable once work has begun.

4. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information and holding valid travel documents for every traveller. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

5. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for the acts of suppliers or for events outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid Passerine, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including imagery, belongs to Passerine and may not be reused without permission.

7. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation. Content on the Site is general information and may change without notice.

8. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

9. Age requirement

The Site and our services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or book services with Passerine.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Descriptions of properties and experiences reflect our opinion at the time and may change. Amenities and upgrades are never guaranteed.

11. Termination

We may decline or end services, or restrict access to the Site, at our discretion.

12. Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

13. Entire agreement and severability

These terms, together with any written confirmation of your booking, make up the entire agreement between you and Passerine. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
