1. The Essentials.

Hotels and villas. No fee. The property pays me and your rate does not change.

Amenities where the rate qualifies. An upgrade where one is available. An introduction on property before you arrive, so you are expected rather than checked in.

Already booked direct? Send it over. I can often take the reservation on and add what should have been included.

2. White Glove Service.

The whole trip. Planning fee, quoted per trip before I start.

Dining, guides, drivers and experiences arranged in advance, with my opinion attached to each. Contacts on the ground for the duration.

3. Everything in Between.

Some clients come to me with a problem rather than a trip.

Los Angeles to Carmel with everyone in a Ferrari, the stops mapped along the way and the group dinners already held. A brand dinner for fifty. A passport that has to be somewhere tomorrow.
